Elisia has been admitted to practice in WA for over a decade and is experienced in all areas of Property Law, including the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial properties.
Julie practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. Julie assists businesses with commercial disputes and debt recovery matters. Julie advises businesses on how to navigate Australia’s industrial relations laws and she represents employers in employment law disputes.
Julie has experience in drafting, negotiation and due diligence in relation to contracts, enterprise bargaining agreements, policies and procedures, workplace investigations, transfer of business and commercial matters. Julie focuses on helping businesses to make the most of their human capital by developing smart workplace practices that support business success. Julie regularly advises clients on how to deal with employee disciplinary and performance matters and how to avoid and manage unfair dismissal, adverse action and other employee claims. Prior to commencing her legal career, Julie worked in marketing where she gained a broad understanding of the commercial realities businesses face on a daily basis. Sonia has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years, commencing as a legal secretary and advancing to Practice Manager. Sonia now manages all aspects of the Capital Legal practice and ensures that a high quality of customer service and administration is experienced by all Capital Legal clients.
Sonia also works closely with all Capital Legal employees to keep the day to day running of the business smooth and efficient, as well as ensuring the company’s staffing, equipment, and organisational needs are met. Andrew has over 20 years of experience providing Commercial, Leasing, Wills & Estates and Liquor Licensing advice and assistance to a wide range of clients including businesses, local government authorities and private customers.
Cornelia has been admitted to practice in Germany in 2009 and worked on a range of matters in her own practice. After migrating to Australia, she graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2016 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 4 May 2018. She joined Capital Legal’s litigation team in 2019.
Tony joined Capital Legal in July 2019 and currently practices mainly in the area of Wills and Estates. Prior to this he was with Frank Unmack & Cullen Fremantle, joining that firm in 1998 and being the sole partner since 2007.
